Cancelation Policy:

Please note that service prices are subject to change depending on hair length and texture. By booking, you authorize us to charge your credit card a cancellation fee for 50% of the service price booked if there is a less then 36 hours’ cancelation notice and 100% of the service price booked for no-shows. Fees must be paid to rebook any service. We don’t want to miss your beautiful face! Also be advised, if your stylist is unable to meet your hair expectations, please let us know within 14 days of your service, we would be more than happy to fix any issues. After 14 days refunds and  free redoes will not be honored.
